How EITHRA handles information submitted through this website. Product data-processing terms are agreed separately before a pilot.

Who handles enquiries

EITHRA MCHJ, Republic of Uzbekistan, operates this website. Contact: hello@eithraos.com.

Information you choose to send

The pilot form collects your name, work email, organisation, role, type of source, two or three communication channels and an optional message. The contact form may also include optional phone or Telegram and information about your organisation’s current workflow.

Do not submit confidential source files, passwords, access details or other people’s personal information.

Why and where it is processed

We use submitted information to review your enquiry and respond. Accepted enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. The website also attempts an email notification through FormSubmit containing the submitted form details. A notification failure does not remove the stored enquiry.

These providers process data outside the website interface. This page does not promise a particular storage country. Website enquiry forms do not send submissions to an AI model.

Technical information and preferences

Hosting providers process technical request information to serve the website. The website uses a request IP address for an in-memory submission limit; it does not write that address into the public_leads record.

The interface may save language and currency preferences in local storage. The pilot form does not request access to social media accounts or install connected integrations.

Retention and requests

Enquiry records remain stored for follow-up; this form has no automatic deletion schedule. To request access, correction or deletion, contact hello@eithraos.com. We may need to verify the request before changing a record.

Separate pilot arrangements

The public form requests a discussion. It does not upload company source documents or activate a paid service. Data access, providers and handling requirements for a pilot must be agreed separately.
